Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of creator900.com and the services Creator900 ("we", "us") provides, including creator scores, reports and related features (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our handling of YouTube data is also described in our Privacy Policy and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Creator900 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

3. The Service

Creator900 is in a private pilot. Features, availability and methodology may change, and we may suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. What scores are, and are not

  • Creator900 scores and metrics are independent, third-party estimates based on public data and our methodology. They are opinions, not statements of fact, and may be incomplete or wrong.
  • Scores describe audience reach, engagement and momentum of content channels. They are not consumer reports and do not measure anyone's creditworthiness, character or personal reputation.
  • You may not use the Service, or any information from it, to decide a person's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.
  • Payments to Creator900 never affect a score.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • break any law or anyone else's rights, including the YouTube Terms of Service;
  • scrape, copy at scale, resell or redistribute the Service or its data without our written permission;
  • try to identify individual commenters or reverse our hashing;
  • interfere with, probe or overload the Service, or get around security or access limits;
  • misrepresent a score, or present a Creator900 report as endorsed by YouTube or Google.

6. Creators

If you are a creator and believe a score about your channel relies on incorrect data, or you want us to stop tracking your channel, contact hello@creator900.com. We will review your request in good faith.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including our software, methodology, scores, design and the Creator900 name, belongs to Creator900 or its licensors. Channel names, videos and other content remain the property of their owners. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms.

8. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You are responsible for your own business decisions, including whether to work with any creator.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATOR900 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Creator900 against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 4, 5 and 7 through 12 survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
